Paragangliomas are neuroendocrine tumors originating from the extra-adrenal paraganglia of the autonomic nervous system. Most paragangliomas of the cervico-facial region are benign and slow growing, but 10% may have metastasis [1]. Jugulotympanic location represent the second most common tumor of the temporal bone.
