Extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type (ENKTL-NT) is a rare form of non-Hodgkin’s malignant lymphoma, accounting for 1.4% of all lymphomas [1]. It is highly invasive and has a predilection for the nasal cavities, nasopharynx, and paranasal sinuses. It often affects middle-aged men and is strongly associated with Epstein- Barr virus (EBV). The incidence of ENKTL varies greatly from region to region, being highest in East Asia and Latin America where EBV infection in young children is widespread.
