What Should Be the Main Principles for the Management of Health Organizations?

Management is a set of interactive processes through which the utilization of resources results in the accomplishment of organi- zation objectives [1]. Managements have a daily responsibility of solving problems creatively and achieving goals and objective of a health organization through others. Management sees to the day to day running of an organization and create the best atmosphere in which people work efficiently and effectively. It is the responsibil- ity of management to make the necessary job planning, organizing the needed resources, keep and employ the needed staffs for the job, control the affairs of the organization and evaluate work done. Every health organization requires good management in order to achieve its objectives of providing quality health serves to meet clients’ needs/expectations.
