The author has been a type 2 diabetes (T2D) patient since 1995. Beginning in 2012, he started to collect his body weight and finger-piercing glucose data every day. In addition, since 2015, he accumulates other medical condition-related biomarker data, including a combination of blood pressure (BP), heart rate (HR), and blood lipid data along with important lifestyle details. Using collected big data, he further organized them into two main groups.
