Abstract

Gerald C Hsu

The author has been a type 2 diabetes (T2D) patient since 1995. Beginning in 2012, he started to collect his body weight and finger-piercing glucose data every day. In addition, since 2015, he accumulates other medical condition-related biomarker data, including a combination of blood pressure (BP), heart rate (HR), and blood lipid data along with important lifestyle details (LD). Based on the collected big data, he further organized them into two main groups.
