There are two case studies in this research article regarding intermittent fasting (IF) and glucose: (1) a measured total PPG waveform from 2,020 meals versus an IF PPG waveform from 542 IF meals during 11/8/2020 - 9/16/2022 and a non-IF PPG waveform from 1,478 Non-IF meals during 11/8/2020 - 9/16/2022. (2) a calculated and combined PPG waveform from 542 meals versus an IF PPG waveform from 542 IF meals during 11/8/2020 - 9/16/2022 and a non-IF PPG waveform from 542 Non-IF meals during 5/8/2018 - 10/21/2018.
