Castleman Disease (CD) is a lymphoproliferative disorder characterized by enlarged hyperplastic lymph nodes with regressed follicles surrounded by expanded mantle zones of small lymphocytes, and interfollicular vascular proliferation in the hyaline-vascular type. There are two types: unicentric and multicentric.
