By utilizing this API, organizations can automate the triggering of actions, such as creating queue items and starting jobs, based on events within applications. This leads to near-real-time reactions to changes, eliminating the need for continuous monitoring of robotic processes and enabling automation capabilities within third-party applications and organizational systems.
