Obesity and diabetes contribute on six mortality diseases, including CVD, CKD, Cancer, AD, PD, and DN. Numerous medical research papers have firmly established the interconnectedness of dietary habits and exercise intensity with both obesity and diabetes. The general trajectory starts from unhealthy dietary conditions (overeating and poor food quality) and a sedentary lifestyle, leading to the development of multiple metabolic disorders such as overweight or obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and dyslipidemia. Ultimately, these metabolic conditions eventually progress into different mortality diseases, like aforementioned six health issues.
