In the 21st century, diabetic foot syndrome (ZSC) affects patients with advanced diabetes. Referring to the scope of the WHO World Health Organization, "diabetic foot syndrome" is the result of infection, small and large blood vessels in the features of neuropathic nerve fibers resulting from increased blood glucose levels, as well as ischemia of varying levels.
