Isolated acute extra medullary myeloid leukemia as myeloid sarcoma is expected, but this entity of acute lymphoblastic leukemia is rare, and this terminology is near the lymphoblastic B (B-LBL) lymphoma. Extra medullary presentations often accompany the bone marrow involvement morphologically or can be confirmed by a high-resolution flow detection method.
