Twenty-first century Theoretical Physics is undergoing a profound "Paradigmatic-Shift" from the Old "Material- Causal" Paradigm underlying Relativity Theory (RT) and Quantum Mechanics (QM) to the New "G-d's Physics" ("Computational Unified Field Theory", CUFT) "A-Causal Computation" Paradigm! This Paradigmatic-Shift ensues from the "Paradigmatic-Crisis" of the Old "Material-Causal" Paradigm signified by the apparent "theoretical- inconsistency" between RT & QM and its inability to account for up to 95% of all the mass and energy in the universe (e.g., assumed to comprise "dark-matter" and "dark-energy" purely hypothetical concepts, but which could not be detected empirically despite to decades of trying to do so!) The New "G-d's Physics" Paradigm resolves this apparent theoretical-inconsistency between RT & QM based on the discovery of a singular higher-ordered "Universal Computational/Consciousness Principle" (UCP), which simultaneously computes all exhaustive spatial pixels in the universe at the incredible rate of "c2/h" = 1.36-50 (sec'!), thereby producing an extremely rapid series of "Universal Frames" (UF's) comprising the entire physical universe at every such minimal time-point; This article provides clear empirical evidence for two unique “Critical-Predictions” of this New “G-D’s Physics” (CUFT) – as more valid than the corresponding predictions of the Old “Material-Causal” RT’s & QM’s corresponding predictions, namely: the “Universe’s Non-Continuous Increase in its Accelerated Rate of Expansion” (UNCIARE), and “Proton-Radius Puzzle” findings; Indeed, the current article provides for the first time also evidence for the centrality of the “Collective Human Consciousness Focus” (CHCF hypothesis) – as affecting the universe’s accelerated expansion rate – both in “time” (UNCIARE) and in “space”, i.e., as indicated by the discovery of “Earth’s Centered Universe’s Accelerated Rate of Expansion” (ECUARE) and its implied “Universe’s Functional Epi-center” (UFE)! This major scientific discovery not only (further) validates “G-D’s Physics” (CUFT) as the new satisfactory Scientific Paradigm for Twenty-first century’s Theoretical Physics, but also supports “G-D’s Physics” new theoretical explanation for the entire origination- sustenance- (“dissolution”) and evolution- of the entire physical universe as “driven” towards the fulfillment of this singular higher-ordered UCP’s “Ultimate Perfected Guelah Goal”, in which Humanity (and Science) will recognize the singularity of this UCP, and its (sublime) characteristics of “Good-Will”, “Morality”, ”Peace” “Harmony”!
