Patient safety and the incorporation of technologies are priority agendas for health services. In this context, nurses should develop knowledge and skills in order to evaluate the use of technologies and incorporate them into their daily routine, giving priority to issues related to patient safety, effectiveness, cost benefit, social impact and ethical issues involved. This article describes the construction of a software called Care Plan Oncology in nursing clinical oncology, the application is free and easy to handle, Constructed to seek information on the treatment of oncological clinical patient performed in hospital or at home relating the care chemotherapeutic, food with care and ostomy and even in the pursuit of health care services (Oncological Clinics, Home care, pharmacies, etc.), and social rights of people with cancer. And also offers tips for formal and informal caregivers assist in the treatment and care to cancer patients. In addition, the Care Plan Oncology provides a daily monitoring to chemotherapy with real-time interaction with the multi-professional team and scheduling appointments, chemotherapeutic cycles among others.
