Varicocele is known as dilatation of the pampiniform plexus of the spermatic cord and has long been thought to be related with male infertility. It is assessed that 10-15% of men and adolescent boys have varicoceles, and in men with irregular semen analysis, the occurrence of varicocele reached 25%. In fact varicocele is the most commonly seen and correctable cause of male factor infertility. The aetiology and pathophysiology of varicocele is difficult and likely multifactorial. A journal is a periodical publication intended to further progress of science, usually by reporting new research.
