Transcriptome Journals

Transcriptome analysis may involve characterization of all transcriptional activity (coding and non-coding), or a select subset of RNA transcripts within a given sample. Illumina offers a variety of sequencing and array solutions to enable rapid profiling of the entire transcriptome, all expressed genes, or targeted transcripts of interest. Transcriptomics, Journal of Molecular and Genetic Medicine, Cloning & Transgenesis, Journal of Clinical & Medical Genomics, Translational neuroscience, Translational Oncogenomics, Translational Oncology, Translational Proteomics. Three-dimensional structural analyses of yeast PPA1 have shown that the enzyme belongs to the phosphoryl-transfer family with several key structural and catalytic features, including four divalent metal ions and a nucleophile hydroxide ion at the active site facilitating hydrolysis of the enzyme-bound inorganic pyrophosphate. This paper reports the predicted gene structures and amino acid sequences for several vertebrate PPA genes and proteins, the predicted secondary and tertiary structures for vertebrate PPA1 and PPA2 protein subunits, and the structural, phylogenetic and evolutionary relationships for these genes and enzymes.
