System quality is one in every of the important performance measures while implementing new technologies in Micro Small and Medium scale enterprises (MSME). Improving MSME’s standard and efficiency could be a vital task. System quality has influencing impact on advanced manufacturing technologies like collaborative manufacturing, cloud technologies and Industry 4.0 concepts in Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) System quality is positively associated with organizational impact. For the study, few critical success factors were identified and which has great impact on system quality. Those critical success factors are system integration and project management. Through the survey, data had been collected from many MSME. Validity and reliability tests are conducted on data and ensured by correlational analysis and Cronbach’s alpha value. Both of the critical success factors have a relative significant impact on system quality. The results of the analysis suggests that the academia and industrialist consider both the factors for performance measure system quality when implementing any advanced technology in MSME. Domestic tyre manufacturing firms in India are having challenging times thanks to high stuff prices, increasing overhead expenses; increasing domestic rivalry amongst tyre manufacturers; and specially availability of affordable imported tyres. All this has prompted Indian tyre manufacturers to travel for cut in their manufacturing process or follow a lean approach so on remain profitable during a highly competitive market. Tyre manufacturing comes within the category of process industry. The implementation of lean manufacturing concept in process industries is comparatively way more challenging attributable to the complexities within the production process and therefore the top management in these firms always looks to addressing many issues related to implementing lean in process plant. This paper makes an effort to prioritize critical success factors for implementing the concept of lean manufacturing in tyre manufacturing sector specifically within the bias tyre manufacturing division. A case analysis of an Indian tyre manufacturing firm is presented as a background of this study.
