The case report discusses the rare clinical entity of vaginal melanoma in an elderly lady. This case highlights the need for proper evaluation of postmenopausal women presenting with bleeding per vaginum. In this report the authors review the diagnostic evaluation to be done in a female presenting with bleeding per vaginum with suspected melanoma and available treatment options for vaginal melanoma.
