Tissue Engineering Peer Review Journals
Tissue engineering peer-reviewed journal that covers all aspects of biomaterials, tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. The tissue engineering peer-reviewed journal focuses on research topics including all kinds of biomaterials, their properties, bioimplants and medical devices, tissue engineering and modeling, artificial organs, biomaterials. During the cell regeneration, the scaffold temporarily helps in cell regeneration and gradually biodegrades either in the course of the healing process or after, and a new tissue with a desired shape and properties is produced. This degradability property of the scaffold obviates the necessity to get rid of the fabric later and thus, eliminates the side effects resulted from foreign materials left within the body. Hence, the utilized scaffold should meet specific chemical, mechanical, and physical requirements to realize cell diffusion and 3D tissues formation. In this study provides an excellent review of original numerical approaches focused on mechanical characteristics that can be helpful in the scaffold design assessment in the analysis of scaffold parameters in tissue engineering.
