Surface-water Top High Impact Factor Journals
Surface water hydrology may be a field that encompasses all surface water of the world . Surface water hydrology relates the dynamics of flow in surface water systems. This is a subset of the hydrologic cycle that doesn't include atmospheric and ground waters. Surface water is any body of water above ground, including streams, rivers, lakes, wetlands, reservoirs, and creeks. The ocean, despite being saltwater, is additionally considered surface water. Surface water participates within the hydrologic cycle, or water cycle, which involves the movement of water to and from the Earth’s surface. Precipitation and water runoff feed bodies of surface water. Evaporation and seepage of water into the bottom , on the opposite hand, cause water bodies to lose water. Water that seeps deep into the ground is called groundwater. In contrast, global climate change is causing a decline in surface waters in regions of the world that are getting warmer and drier. Novelty in their structure and characteristics has shown promising scope to the researchers in academia and industry. This journal has high impact factor and it is published number of research articles about surface water.
