Political communication(s) is a subfield of communication and political science that is concerned with how information spreads and influences politics and policy makers, the news media and citizens.  A political culture is a set of attitudes and practices held by a people that shapes their political behavior. ... Example: The United States and Great Britain are both democracies, but each has a distinct political culture.  The message of the campaign contains the ideas that the candidate wants to share with the voters. It is to get those who agree with their ideas to support them when running for a political position. The message often consists of several talking points about policy issues.
