Plasmalogens
Plasmalogens are a special class of film glycerophospholipids containing a greasy liquor with a vinyl-ether security at the sn-1 position, and enhanced in polyunsaturated unsaturated fats at the sn-2 situation of the glycerol spine. These two highlights give novel properties to these mixes. Plasmalogens are basic parts of different layers and structures of high fat substance, for example, myelin and red platelets. GC-based concurrent estimation of dimethylacetals (DMA) and methylesters coming about because of the transmethylation (hydrolysis) of plasmalogens and fundamental unsaturated fats ester securities, individually, is conceivable.
