Health care, health-care, or healthcare is that the maintenance or improvement of health via the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, recovery, or cure of disease, illness, injury, and other physical and mental impairments in people. Health care is delivered by health professionals in allied health fields. Physicians and physician associates are a component of those health professionals. Dentistry, pharmacy, midwifery, nursing, medicine, optometry, audiology, psychology, physiatrics, therapy, training and other health professions are all a part of health care. It includes work worn out providing medical aid, secondary care, and tertiary care, additionally as publically health. Access to health care may vary across countries, communities, and individuals, influenced by social and economic conditions likewise as health policies. Providing health care services means "the timely use of non-public health services to realize the simplest possible health outcomes". Factors to contemplate in terms of healthcare access include financial limitations (such as insurance coverage), geographic barriers (such as additional transportation costs, possibility to require paid day without work of labor to use such services), and private limitations (lack of ability to speak with healthcare providers, poor health literacy, low income).[3] Limitations to health care services affects negatively the utilization of medical services, the efficacy of treatments, and overall outcome (well-being, mortality rates). Health care systems are organizations established to fulfill the health needs of targeted populations. per the planet Health Organization (WHO), a well-functioning health care system requires a financing mechanism, a well-trained and adequately paid workforce, reliable information on which to base decisions and policies, and well maintained health facilities to deliver quality medicines and technologies. Material Methods: a complete of 46 patients who had undergone Modified Radical Mastoidectomy or Rradical mastoidectomy were included for analysis. Detailed history of patients was taken including details of previous mastoid operation and their complaints associated with mastoid cavity. Mean Air Bone Gap (ABG) was calculated pre-operatively and 6 months postoperatively. Patients presenting problems associated with the mastoid cavity were clinically examined and therefore the findings were confirmed. Statistical analyses was performed and level of significance was set at p<0.05.
