Machine is an efficacious empirical approach for both regression and/or relegation of nonlinear systems. Such systems can be massively multivariate involving a few or literally thousands of variables. In ML, a comprehensive training dataset; of examples is constructed covering as much of the system parameter space as possible. Typically, a desultory subset of the data is put aside for a thoroughly independent validation. ML is ideal for addressing those quandaries where our theoretical erudition is still incomplete but for which we do have a consequential number of optical discernments and other data. In an ideal world, if we had consummate theoretical understanding, ML would be superfluous. The ML-predicated methods have been widely applied to the science and engineering quandaries for near two decenniums. This is while the application of these techniques in the geosciences and remote sensing area is fairly incipient and constrained. Herein, a number of pertinent and documented applications of ML will be summarized. The unique features of some of the ML techniques for dealing with the geosciences and remote sensing quandaries will be reviewed. Moreover, two very different but complementary illustrative examples are presented: one utilizing multivariate nonlinear nonparametric regression, and the other utilizing multivariate nonlinear unsupervised relegation. For these two illustrative cases, we will commence with the scientific motivation that makes clear the authentic desideratum for ML and then demonstrate how ML addresses this need  to increase the visibility and ease of use of open access scientific and scholarly journals top online publishing journals are indexed in different indexing and archiving services. Indexing provides easy access of the article online. The top online publishing journals publish articles which are cited as references by many authors in their work. Citations are important for a journal to get impact factor. Impact factor is a measure reflecting the average number of citations to recent articles published in the journal. The impact of the journal is influenced by impact factor, the journals with high impact factor are considered more important than those with lower ones. Indexing provides easy access of the article online. The international journals are among the best open access journals in the world, set out to publish the most comprehensive, relevant and reliable information based on the current research and development on a variety of subjects.
