Protein folding is the physical procedure by which a protein chain gets its local 3-dimensional structure, a compliance that is generally organically utilitarian, in a speedy and reproducible way. There are four phases of protein collapsing, essential, auxiliary, tertiary and quarternary. The optional structure is the protein starting to overlap up. It can have two kinds of structure: the alpha helix, a loop shape held by hydrogen bonds a similar way as the curl.
