Criminology - Open Access Articles
The interests of criminologists include the study of nature of crime and criminals, origins of legal code, etiology of crime, social reaction to crime, and therefore the functioning of law enforcement agencies and the penal institutions. Criminology encompasses a number of disciplines, drawing on methods and techniques developed in both the natural and the social sciences. As do other disciplines, criminology distinguishes between pure and applied research and between statistical and intuitive ways of thinking. More than most other disciplines, however, criminological research depends upon the willing cooperation of governmental agencies and other public authorities for the provision of essential data. Open Access is an Open Access journal and aims to publish most complete and reliable source of information on the discoveries and current developments in the mode of original articles, review articles, case reports, short communications, etc.
