Caseous Lymphadenitis Top Open Access Journals

Caseous lymphadenitis (CL), caused by a pathogen of the second class of biosafety – Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis, is a chronic and severe infectious disease that affects small ruminants and requires long, ineffective treatment which generally leads to animal sacrifice so as to stop the disease spreading. A role for captivity in contagion rate is suggested by the increase in antibody levels against C. pseudotuberculosis and the emergence of clinical signs. Although boosted by captivity, this is the first report of an outbreak of caseous lymphadenitis displaying high morbidity and mortality in wild ungulates. This information can be published in our peer reviewed journal with impact factors and are calculated using citations not only from research articles but also review articles (which tend to receive more citations), editorials, letters, meeting abstracts, short communications, and case reports. The inclusion of these publications provides the opportunity for editors and publishers to manipulate the ratio used to calculate the impact factor and try to increase their number rapidly. Impact factor plays a major role for the particular journal. Journal with higher impact factor is considered to be more important than other ones.
