A wide tendon pregnancy is amazingly uncommon type of ectopic pregnancy with high maternal and perinatal mortality. The outcome of such pregnancies arriving at full term is considerably rarer. In spite of the fact that ultrasonography is useful in making conclusion, yet it is for the most part settled during laparotomy. Our patient is an unbooked case, G2P1 answered to us at 39 weeks of pregnancy with stomach torment. Ultrasonography indicated suitable embryo with serious intrauterine development limitation (evaluated fetal load of 1.98 kg), transverse untruth, extreme oligohydramnios with complete placenta praevia. Understanding was taken for cesarean segment. Intraoperative finding of left expansive tendon pregnancy was made, embryo was expelled alive and wide tendon alongside placenta, left fallopian cylinder and ovary was extracted. Post-usable period was uneventful.
