Atypical Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia Research Articles

Chromosomal analysis of skin fibroblasts were performed and revealed a mosaic for trisomy 8. Commonly, a distinct clinical picture leads to the diagnosis of trisomy 8 mosaicism syndrome (T8ms), but an extreme phenotypic variability has been optically canvassed. To our erudition the development of an aCML in a patient with T8ms has not been reported. A review of the literature revealed that a sodality to other hematological disorders had been described in two cases. The question of whether our patient aCML was an arbitrary event or not is discussed. The patient is now 24 months post-transplant and shows no evidence of disease. Her Karnofsky score is 100%. We conclude that it might be worthwhile to probe for an associated constitutional trisomy 8 mosaicism in all patients with trisomy 8 leukemia. Disease evolution was mostly characterized by bone marrow failure, extramedullary infiltrates, and poor replication to chemotherapy, without evidence of overt acute transformation. The impact of the journal is influenced by impact factor, the journals with high impact factor are considered more important than those with lower ones. Indexing provides easy access of the article online. The international journals are among the best open access journals in the world, set out to publish the most comprehensive, relevant and reliable information based on the current research and development on a variety of subjects. This information can be published in our peer reviewed journal with impact factors and are calculated using citations not only from research articles but also review articles (which tend to receive more citations), editorials, letters, meeting abstracts, short communications, and case reports. The inclusion of these publications provides the opportunity for editors and publishers to manipulate the ratio used to calculate the impact factor and try to increase their number rapidly. Impact factor plays a major role for the particular journal.
