The curriculum for Architectural Engineering is designed with a view to apply engineering principles to the construction, planning, and design of buildings and other structures. The students are also taught various fundamental concepts including the strength of materials, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, electric circuits, and engineering economics. Students are also imparted knowledge about the history of architectural design.
