Journal of Addiction Research is an international peer-reviewed journal publishing high quality human research on addictive behaviors and disorders. The Journal is designed for all physicians and other mental health professionals who need to keep up-to-date with the treatment of addiction disorders. The journal accepts submissions of full-length papers and short communications on substance-related addictions such as the abuse of alcohol, drugs and nicotine and behavioral addictions such as compulsive gambling and internet excesses. In addition to original research, the journal features editorials, commentaries, reviews, letters, and book reviews.
