Biography
Rabiu Emmanuel Oluwatosin obtained his Doctor of Philosophy in Communication Engineering, Master of Technology and Bachelor of Technology degrees from the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Nigeria in the years 2022, 2015 and 2005 respectively. He is a Registered Engineer with the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and a corporate member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers. He emerged with Distinction after he successfully presented his PhD dissertation and has remained focus in advancing his career path. He has participated in international research collaboration projects and won National Grant Award for a National Research Proposal approved by Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) in Nigeria. He currently serves on the Editorial Boards of notable international publications and has been invited as a Keynote Speaker and Technical Committee Member at international conferences.
