Biography

Oniovosa is a Researcher, an author, an IT consultant, a Teacher. He holds a diploma and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and a master's degree in Information Technology. He has published several articles in reputable journals. He has a several books published. Oniovosa managed an IT firm in Nigeria "Victorkleo Technology Solution" that is into IT training for corporate organizations and individuals with mobile training programs initiated for rural development. He currently Lectures at the Department of Computer Science of the Delta State University, Abraka Nigeria.
