Biography
I am Dr. Kedhareswara Sairam Pasupuleti, M.Sc., Ph.D., currently working as a postdoctoral research fellow at Chungnam National University, South Korea. I am interested in working on highly efficient and stable semiconductor materials to design cost-effective sensor devices for health and environmental monitoring and energy storage applications. My broad research interests include design, synthesis activity, build-out, and investigation for micro to wide-ranging applications. I am expertise in the fabrication and application of low power density UV-Vis photodetector, energy storage materials and devices, and sub-ppm level detection of hazardous and toxic gases using III-V nitrides, 2D materials, nanomaterials, and metal oxide hybrid heterostructures.
